WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please note that our candles are hand made and will vary in appearance and colour.
Unfortunately due the delicate nature of our candles, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling if dropped in transit. Please email us and we are more than happy for you to return the damaged stock for a replacement candle.
We have a 7 day return policy, to be eligible for a return your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging.
If your refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take sometime for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes we offer international shipping to Australia and New Zealand.
